Maxwell Speedboat – Frequently Asked Questions
King Andaman trips are best suited for certified divers due to offshore distances, depth, and possible currents. Beginner divers may be accepted depending on experience, conditions, and guidance availability.
Most trips include two guided dives, depending on the dive sites visited and sea conditions on the day
Depending on the schedule and weather, trips visit Richelieu Rock, Surin Islands, Koh Bon, and Koh Tachai.
A typical day lasts around 8–9 hours, including hotel transfers, diving, surface intervals, and return to Khao Lak.
Yes. Lunch, snacks, soft drinks and drinking water are provided onboard during surface intervals.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
- Booking changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Weather & Sea Conditions
If a trip is cancelled by the operator due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns, guests may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another available date.
Medical & Personal Reasons
Cancellations due to medical or personal reasons follow the standard cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers scuba diving activities.

We stayed on a liveaboard and were extremely satisfied: the equipment is new, the crew is always ready to help, and the accommodation and food are exceptional.
