Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before departure will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
• Booking changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Weather & Safety Conditions
If a trip is cancelled by the operator due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns, guests may choose between rescheduling to another available date or receiving a full refund.
Medical & Personal Reasons
Cancellations due to medical or personal reasons follow the standard cancellation policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers scuba diving activities.
